The court sentences 4 Dutch men aged 49 (2x), 60, and 47 who live in Spain (2x), Ecuador, and Zandvoort to prison terms of between 3 and 6 years for swindling a large number of people through boiler room fraud and forgery. In addition, the men must pay damages of more than 5.2 million euros to 53 victims. The court acquitted a 54-year-old man from Zandvoort due to insufficient legal and convincing evidence.
