Missing drug boss found dead (Telegraph.co.uk)

MAASTRICHT - The drug boss Mouhammed Al Al Jader (29) from Schinveld, Limburg, who has been missing since early August of this year, has been found dead in Belgium. He appears to have been shot dead on Aug. 6 in a residence somewhere in Germany, the justice department in Maastricht has just stated exclusively to De Telegraaf.

A total of eight people were arrested in this case. Searches were conducted at six locations in our country, Belgium and Germany. Last Friday, a coordinated international action took place in the above countries.

Following indications from the person allegedly partly responsible for the disposal, the Belgian police and judicial authorities conducted further investigations. This investigation led to the discovery of the remains of Mouhammed Al Jader, originally from Iraq.

The car dealer was convicted in 2006 of involvement in international drug trafficking and membership in a criminal organization. Most recently, Al Jader was active in cannabis trafficking. Justice and the Maastricht criminal investigation department are not ruling out several arrests.
