The court in Maastricht rejected the request for such a reconstruction. This appeared Tuesday afternoon during a pro forma hearing. The 49-year-old Maastricht citizen Frits S., who is suspected of attempted murder and attempted manslaughter, was not present at the hearing. His lawyer Françoise Landerloo, who had requested the reconstruction, was also absent.
