WAALWIJK - During an inspection of a house on the Eerste Zeine in Waalwijk, police found all kinds of items in a shed that could be used to start a hemp nursery. So the house and barn must be locked for three months. The resident is fighting that. He used to grow cannabis for medicinal use.
