The defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 42 days, less the period of remand, for co-perpetration of intentional conduct in violation of a prohibition given in Section 2 under B of the Opium Act and co-perpetration of intentional conduct in violation of the prohibition given in Section 2 under C of the Opium Act.
