A young woman was tied up and severely beaten in Geleen because she was suspected of being involved in a stolen batch of hemp. Thirty months' imprisonment was demanded against suspect Ricardo B. (24) on Tuesday. The incident took place on Aug. 17, 2018. Ricardo denies that he was responsible.
