ZOETERMEER - 'Cupcakes' and 'watching soccer'. These were code words that the two terror suspects from Zoetermeer used while talking about explosives and watching instructional videos on how to make bombs. So says the Public Prosecution (OM) on Wednesday during a preliminary hearing at the court in Rotterdam. The OM suspects the pair of them of preparing a terrorist attack in the Netherlands.
