In the case against Thijs H., the Public Prosecutor's Office will come out Tuesday with the demand against the Brunssum 20-year-old, who killed three people in a psychosis.

The question is whether the prosecution is settling for the psychiatric problems that H. undoubtedly suffers from, or whether the justice system still believes that the 28-year-old suspect's drug use and deception of social workers also makes him personally responsible for the tragedy?
