ROTTERDAM - The 16-year-old boy from Eindhoven and a 20-year-old man from Arnhem, who were in pretrial detention on suspicion of preparing terrorist attacks on nightclubs and police stations in Belgium, will be allowed to continue to await the trial at liberty, it became clear Thursday during the first pro forma hearing at the Rotterdam District Court.
