PI Zwolle consists of two locations, south 1 and south 2, and houses about 350 inmates.
We have different regimes, for both men and women: a house of detention, prison (for long-term and short-term offenders), ISD department (institution for systematic offenders) and Extra Care Facility (EZV). In addition, a penitentiary psychiatric center (PPC) for men and women.
Our advice / tip
Never make a statement to anyone from the police before you have consulted with an attorney: neither as a suspect nor as a witness. This applies even when the police officer is not sitting in front of a computer. The police may write down anything you say, even when you are not in an official interview situation.
