Maastricht - For years, Freddy L. (44), who lives at home, allegedly kicked and punched his elderly parents in Guttecoven, denied them food and appropriated their money. L. denies. Although father filed charges against his son after his arrest, he is backtracking on those charges now that his son is on trial for physically abusing his parents, failing to provide for his parents and appropriating their money.
