In the murder of Shadi Saker (25) in Enschede - believed to be a liquidation in the drug environment - one can question the role of the Public Prosecutor's Office. Saker was sitting in his car on Jan. 26 when he was shot dead on the Brinkstraat in Enschede. Three days later, police arrested a 39-year-old woman as a suspect of involvement (not a perpetrator). She was released after two weeks. The prosecution appealed the release, but it was rejected by the Court of Appeal on Wednesday.

It is obvious that this woman has a good story, otherwise she would not be released after two weeks. But the prosecution is doing everything in its power to blacken her, seemingly purposefully putting her life in danger. She is now being threatened, but is getting no protection whatsoever. Must be too expensive, too, protecting someone properly costs tons a year.
