The Public Prosecutor's Office (OM) has demanded 25 years in prison for all three suspects in the Sven Prins liquidation trial.
The prosecution considers both the murder of Prince and the attempted murder of Nicky, Prince's friend and co-driver, proven.Cell sentences
If it is up to the prosecution, Xionel B. will serve 25 in prison, while his companions Sergio K. and Jurandy T. also face 25 years in prison.
Other offenses have also been charged. Namely, selling automatic weapons and a hand grenade to a police infiltrator used in this investigation. One of the men, in addition to Prince's murder, is also suspected of receiving stolen police shirts.
Liquidation
Sven Prins was liquidated on the street in Brunssum two years ago after a wild chase. Justice had the trio in its sights soon after Prins' murder. A conflict in the drug environment was said to be the motive.
