Only one suspect left for Maastricht apartment murder (Limburger.nl)
21-year-old Mousa O. is no longer considered a suspect in the murder of Jack Koker in Maastricht.
This was decided by the Maastricht District Court following a request by his lawyer Sjanneke de Crom. He does remain detained on suspicion of theft with violence.
Knife Stitches
Hagenaar O. was staying in Maastricht as a steel braider at the new bicycle shed at Maastricht station. He was together with his girlfriend from The Hague and 41-year-old Maastricht resident H. on May 27 in Koker's home on Koningsplein. O. allegedly hit the victim on the head and left. H. is now considered the prime suspect, as he allegedly inflicted the fatal stabbing. Koker was found in his residence several days later.
O. and H. will appear together at a hearing in early November. De Crom will then again request that O. be released.
