The 29-year-old German woman suspected of involvement in the death of her 3-year-old son in Vaals is being extradited.
German prosecutors have ruled that the suspect will be handed over to the Netherlands on Monday. Her lawyer Ivo van de Bergh stated this Saturday in response to a report by the Telegraaf.
Little boy died
According to Dutch police, the 3-year-old boy died under suspicious circumstances at a home in Vaals on April 17. "She was in the basement, and when she walked upstairs, her little son was lying dead at the bottom of the stairs," Van de Bergh said. "Her boyfriend was upstairs in the residence at the time, though."
