Application
- Application should be made by the electronic application form on the website www.strafrechtadvocaten.nl fill out and send. You will receive a confirmation of receipt immediately via the site. No later than two weeks before the course date, you will receive the additional information and invoice.
- There is a maximum number of participants for the course. Applications will be processed in order of receipt. If you cannot be placed, you will be notified.
Changes
Topics to be covered are listed on the website. Weening Criminal Lawyers reserves the right to make changes.
Payment
- As stated on the invoice, payment of the course fee is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Cancellation
- If insufficient registrations are received for a course, the course may be cancelled. You will be notified in a timely manner.
- Cancellation by the student must be in writing.
- Cancellations may be made free of charge up to four weeks prior to the start of the course.
- For cancellations between four and two weeks before the start of the course, 50% of the course fee will be charged. For cancellation within two weeks before the start of the course, in principle, the full course fee is due.
- In these cases, a student may designate an alternate to take the course seat for which he/she has registered. This must be communicated in writing. The original registrant will still owe the course fee in this case. No additional costs are involved.
