Aïcha, the woman who left for Syria to marry a jihad fighter, will be released for the time being. The court has ruled that she no longer needs to be held in pretrial detention. However, she must comply with certain conditions.
What those conditions are, the court would not disclose. In any case, she must promise not to commit any crimes. She must also cooperate fully with police and judicial authorities.
However, Aïcha still remains under suspicion of participating in a terrorist organization.
