NIJMEGEN - The woman suspected with her boyfriend of murdering a 68-year-old woman from Nijmegen has been released. She will not be prosecuted for involvement in the murder. Her boyfriend, however, is still in custody. On the night of June 11 to 12, the 68-year-old woman was shot dead in the Cronjéstraat. The woman had provided the couple with a mailing address for benefits, but had confessed this to social services. After the murder, shots were fired at two more places in Nijmegen. One man was seriously wounded.

The trial is on December 16.
