In a brutal home robbery in Venray two weeks ago, the female victim and her two-month-old baby were thrown against a wall by the robber.

That happened when one of the two robbers gave a tug on the victim's dress while the woman was carrying the baby in her arms, it was revealed Tuesday night during a broadcast of Opsporing Verzocht.

Crying baby
Earlier, the man squeezed the woman's throat and dragged her by the hair through the apartment while asking for money in Polish and the baby was crying on the couch. Money was not there, eventually the robbers made off with the victim's wedding ring.

Black before the eyes
The robber and his female partner entered the porch apartment on Doorman Street on Friday afternoon, August 14, a little after 1:00 p.m., probably because the door to the hall was open due to the heat. The Polish-speaking duo rang the doorbell of the also Polish victim, who was grabbed by her throat as soon as she opened the door, her hair turning black before her eyes.

The male robber, about 30 years old, had dark brown to black spiky hair and was about 5 feet tall. He was wearing a black T-shirt. The woman had blond hair in a bun. She is around 25 years old and was wearing a shirt with a tiger print. They possibly also had an accomplice on the lookout. There is no description of this person.
