ENSCHEDE - The suspect of involvement in liquidation of Shadi Saker (25) was sitting next to the shooter in the car, but says she had nothing to do with the murder. Now that she has been released, she fears the consequences of her statements, her lawyer says.

The 39-year-old woman arrested shortly after the liquidation of Shadi Saker (25) witnessed the Enschedean's murder. So says her lawyer Sjanneke de Crom. "She has nothing to do with the liquidation. My client was in the car with the shooter. When he got out she heard three shots. She was also threatened by him. She couldn't leave him that whole night."
