The Schaesberg neighborhood police officer reported on Twitter that the street robbery was committed by three young men on Schoutstraat.

It is not clear whether the young man's coat contained anything of value. With the temperature just below freezing, he is left with a nasty feeling. Whether the victim was injured in the process is not known.
