Arrest team raids residence
OOST-SOUBURG - A police arrest team raided a residence in Oost-Souburg this afternoon. One person was arrested.
The heavily armed officers drove into the street around 3:45 pm. Diagonally across from the Jeans Inn clothing store, a door was then rammed in. Police officers searched the residence and, after some time, carried off a woman. She was taken away in an inconspicuous police car.
According to the Zeeland police, the raid is related to a serious crime. In the interest of the investigation, more is not yet being disclosed.
