The Judicial Complex Schiphol (JCS) is a facility where various judicial processes are combined and executed, and where different organizations make use of each other’s facilities and expertise.
The complex is located next to Schiphol Airport and is a DJI location that was built and is operated through a public-private partnership (PPP). PPP is a form of collaboration between the government and one or more private enterprises.
Our advice / tip
Never make a statement to anyone from the police before consulting with a lawyer: not as a suspect and not as a witness either. This also applies when the police officer is not sitting at a computer. The police may write down everything you say, even when you’re not in an official interrogation situation.
