Registration
- Registration should be done by filling out and submitting the electronic registration form on the website www.strafrechtadvocaten.nl. You will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt via the site. No later than two weeks before the course date, you will receive additional information and an invoice.
- There is a maximum number of participants set for the course. Applications are processed in order of receipt. If you cannot be placed, you will be notified.
Changes
The topics to be covered are listed on the website. Weening Strafrechtadvocaten reserves the right to make changes.
Payment
- As stated on the invoice, payment of the course fee must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.
Cancellation
- If insufficient registrations are received for a course, the course may be cancelled. You will be notified of this in a timely manner.
- Cancellation by the participant must be done in writing.
- Cancellation up to four weeks before the start of the course is free of charge.
- For cancellations between four and two weeks before the start of the course, 50% of the course fee will be charged. For cancellations within two weeks before the start of the course, the full course fee is generally due.
- In these cases, a participant can designate a substitute to take the course place for which he/she has registered. This must be communicated in writing. The original registrant remains liable for the course fee in this case. There are no extra costs involved with this.
