The following options can be considered: <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-80cb375 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"80cb375\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Legal Aid<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-11642e5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"11642e5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If your income falls below a certain <a title=\"income threshold\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rechtsbijstand.nl\/over-mediation-en-rechtsbijstand\/hoeveel-moet-ik-zelf-betalen\/inkomensnormen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">income threshold<\/a> or if your pre-trial detention has been ordered, you may be eligible for the assignment of a lawyer. This publicly funded legal assistance is commonly referred to as a pro bono lawyer. This eliminates any uncertainty about the final fee due. For a <a title=\"police court case\" href=\"https:\/\/www.strafrechtadvocaten.nl\/en\/expertise\/police-judge\/\">police court case<\/a>, we generally charge a fixed rate starting from \u20ac1,000, excluding VAT and travel time.
